I had called the customer care at 9020667777 (Kerala) and confirmed it was a fraus one. If you are receiving any such emails, please forward it to ICICI's Antiphishing department's Email ID

Please note: Never reveal any of your bank details or personal details to a person who calls you on phone and claims that he/she is calling from Your bank.Do not disclose any bank card, PIN, OTP, CVV, expiry date over phone/ SMS/ email even if the person asks for it. People easily fall prey to this sort of genuine looking scams. So it is your responsibility to be more cautious to this type of fraudulent acts. Never entertain such calls. You should report this type of activities to your bank.
